Performance management begins with defining performance requirements and expectations. ProBiz HR will help you build a library of competencies relevant to your company's job roles giving you tangible "yard sticks" to measure performance against. Maintaining clarity around expectations makes disciplinary conversations more productive and increases the likelihood of successful course correction outcomes.
CompetenciesWeek 9 - The ninth week of Jump Start is focused on building your company library of competencies tied to each job role you employ. Knowing what is required for success in a particular job aids in attracting and retaining the right people and in giving employees more clarity around what is expected of them. |
DisciplineWeek 10 - During week ten of Jump Start, ProBiz HR will design and implement an automated process for carrying out "course correction" conversations with employees as well as an effective method for documenting and retrieving data related to employee counseling conversations to help better defend the company position in legal matters. |
